This now occurs for ANY of my save games, effectively wiping my progress and putting me back at the beginning of the game. Chernobylite is a Science Fiction Survival Horror RPG from developers Farm 51. I even tried restarting the game, and attempted to load my savegames again, however, this time they put me at the VERY beginning of the game, where Igor gets out of the truck and begins to follow Olivier and Anton to the power plant.
I cannot jump back into the hideout, and the only thing I can do is try to move around, which usually results in me falling out of the map infinitely. So I decided to reload the autosave for the previous day this time, and instead of putting me back into the Red Forest area as the autosave says, I am put back into the hideout in the morning, except that the game has placed me out of bounds, overlooking the zone. Set in the hyper-realistic, 3D-scanned wasteland of Chernobyl’s Exclusion Zone, you’ll take on the role of Igor, a physicist and ex-employee of the Chernobyl Power Plant, returning to Pripyat to investigate the mysterious disappearance of his fiancee, 30 years prior. In part 24 of Chernobylite, Rev takes on another of Olga's missions called the other side of the barricade. Yet, the game still registers all of my built objects as still being there, and thus I cannot even build them again. I just finished doing Olga' side quest to rescue Glyeb, and after doing so and going back to the hideout, ALL of my built objects have disappeared, and the hideout has been reverted to its state at the beginning of the game, complete with piles of junk to scrap that indeed do give me materials again.

So I've put 10ish hours or so into the PS4 version and I've hit a point where I've essentially become stuck and unable to progress, or even worse, have my progress seemingly be reset to the beginning of the game. The game was developed by The Farm 51 from Poland. Reporting this here as I cant seem to find a way to report any bugs or issues with the PS4 version unless its a crash, which allows me to report only that crash via Sony's error reporting system. Chernobylite is a first-person survival horror, which takes place in so-called Exclusion Zone around the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
