Would love for the company to replace the product and fix the issue everyone is having. And reading the comments I'm not the only one this is happening to. Then I went a week without using it, plugged it in to charge, and the red light keeps turning off and it won't charge. There is a button on top that you push to remove the head so you can install the other. I then switched to the fine head and touched everything up. Within a couple minutes it has it filed right now and feeling better.
I have tried a lot of things and nothing worked as good as this did. As you will tell by pictures attached, I have some bad calluses on my feet. It did not take long at all before my feet started to look better. After a little while I turned it up to high, because once again feet are bad. Once you turn it on, there is a light that comes on to help you see. I removed the head cover and started out on low. It only took a short time to fully charge.
